No. AGENTMICROSITES utilizes both text messaging and mobile web technologies. Our platform will properly display the listing based on the device requesting the information.
We have specific output formats for iPhone, Droid, Blackberry, Flip Phones and Desktop/Laptop computers.
No. Smartphone applications are specific to each platform. By using the Mobile Web as our platform, prospective Buyers are not required to install an application to view your listings. This approach makes your listing available to everyone with a cellphone.
Interested Buyers Send a Text to 88202 (our Short Code) with Text Message 4SALE 422, where 422 represents your Property ID.
Once the Text Message is sent, our servers will lookup the Property based on the Property ID and send detail information back to the Buyer.
In addition to the Buyer receiving information, you, the Agent, will receive an eNotification with the Lead Information.

Yes. Once you've sold or closed a property, you can re-use the Property ID for another Listing. This approach allows you to re-use your Text Messaging Rider Sign.
Yes. This is referred to as the KEYWORD. The 3-5 digit number following the KEYWORD is referred to as the PROPERTYID and allows us to uniquely identify each property.
Yes. This solution allows you to further brand yourself within our service. Custom KEYWORDS are available for $40/month and can be used by a single agent or an entire office.
No. AGENTMICROSITES only works with US wireless carriers.
You can upload up to 20 photos for each MICROSITE.

Yes. We have partnered with a sign manufacturer to offer high quality aluminum Rider Signs.
If you purchase the Platinum package, an aluminum sign is included. If you'd like to purchase additional signs, we can help you create a custom Rider Signs for $25/sign including shipping.
It takes 7-10 business days to receive your Aluminum Rider Sign.
If you've purchased the Platinum Package, a Rider Sign is included. You can purchase a Rider Sign on your own if you prefer.
Although, not required, AGENTMICROSITES feels that the Rider Sign is an important part to the marketing of your propertly.
AGENTMICROSITES includes a custom domain name for your Property. If you have a listing at 422 Main Street, we can get you 422MainSt.com. This is a nice way to market your properties.
AGENTMICROSITES will register your custom property domain name within 24 hours of receive your order. Once registered, your domain name will be active within 24-48 hours.
